These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bombshellfragrances.com, operated by Bombshell Cosmetics Limited. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All Bombshell fragrances are original creations inspired by designer scent profiles. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or identical replicas of any designer brand. Any fragrance inspiration references are used solely for descriptive comparison purposes.

3. Ordering

• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items and issue a full refund.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@bombshellfragrances.com. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

All content on this website — including brand names, imagery, and copy — is the property of Bombshell Cosmetics Limited. Third-party brand names referenced for comparison purposes remain the property of their respective owners.
